Pride perhaps?
That’s a good idea! Does anyone who’s already been before know when the best time/place to meet would be?
I have been to San Diego pride the last two years so I do know the lay of the land. If people are interested we can set something up, depending on mean age of participants – for instance! If we are all legal a round of mimosas at wine steals pre-parade on saturday?
That sounds promising. I live in Vista and don’t actually drive to SD all that often, and this will be my first year at Pride. Thus I have no actual helpful suggestions. But I’m 22, so alcohol is a-ok with me. ^^
I just checked the ages of all the SD straddlers who had it listed in their profile (creepy, I know, but it was for the greater good!) and we’re not all legal. Quite a few of us are teens, actually. Maybe we should have an RSVP post and ask legal drinking status there? I’m 18 myself, but if I’m the only under-21 who can come I don’t want to force us to change venues.
That sounds good- let’s get a age estimate! Perhaps we can have interested parties put up email addresses and start an email chain. Details can be shared there. Theres many places that are 21 to drink but not to enter so I’m sure we can make it happen
