Do you enjoy cooking? Finding new recipes to get excited about can be a lot of fun! Having new things to try (either making them yourself or discovering them at veg friendly restaurants/stores) is a good motivator when starting out. Getting stuck eating nothing but salads is just discouraging.
Well yea I like cooking. I just make spicy and over load everything with veg.mostly noodles and stir fries. I’m trying to do this on moral grounds and its difficult but I love experimenting so I should be fine in theory . Thanks :)
