Today was my first day of grad school. New environments always skeeve me out a bit, mostly because of the fact that I am just super gay & usually try to tone “it” down to blend in with the straights better & end up feeling even more uncomfortable in girl clothes. So this time I wore my favorite hat & my most dapper collared shirt & my best saggy skinny jeans & just felt great. So yay for being my authentic best self & not dressing up in a costume to conform to society’s expectations of a rigid binary gender code!!!
