there will be a christmas special though, i believe, so thats good news.

Yeah, I’ve heard that rumor. Basically, it’s The Internets getting all freaked out over nothing (yet). All we know for sure is that there are 14 episodes commissioned (13 regular episodes plus 1 Christmas special, just like every season). We don’t know when or how they’re going to be aired. It’s too soon for that info to be out anyway!

I feel like it’s probably the most worthwhile graphic novel i’ve ever read. i can say for certain that i wouldn’t have been able to get the same sense of the environment from prose alone.
has anyone else read it? i’d love to talk about it-
Hi! It’s actually the only graphic novel I’ve read, a friend who is a big comic book/graphic novel fan got it for my birthday after hearing I liked the film. But yes, I liked it very much, thought I felt I enjoyed the first half more than the second (perhaps influenced by the film?) – but tell me what you think!

i’ve only read a couple other graphic novels, my ex was into them. I read Ariel Schrag’s series and Drinking at the movies by Julia Wertz (i recommend that one, not gay at all but great). I read Persepolis just a couple months ago! My girlfriend is Persian, and she highly recommended it. I want to watch the animated film version, too, but I haven’t seen it yet.
