The Great Library of Autostraddle 8 years, 3 months agoSo I just read Stone Butch Blues in one sitting and then spent the rest of the evening curled up on the couch feeling thoughtful and sad and taking a long time to process. Despite being an avid reader of Autostraddle’s everything, I don’t think I really started how hard it is to be genderqueer until reading that.

I settled for reading Trans Gender Warriors. Its non-fiction and really insightful. As a testament to how insightful it is – its like 20 years old and doesn’t feel dated in its language!
