Okay so I’ll try to fire up this group, realised that the last post was 8 months old :O

So, anyone got tips or recipes of easy-to-make protein packed meals that isn’t based on lentils, beans and peas?

Has anyone read anything by Mary Karr – poet, author.
I’ve read 2 poems now and they are really good. I’m waiting on her 2nd autobiography called ‘Lit’ and would like to talk about her.
She also write ‘The Liars Club’.
