Goblet of Fire would be my favorite. It’s when Voldemort comes back, Harry learns about the unforgivable curses and all

I love them all, but the one I constantly re-read is the Order of the Phoenix. I’ve found many people loathe it (compared to the rest, not actual hate.) for it’s sullen moodiness and constant teenage tantrums. I happen to find that it’s most appealing quality.
