Also Working On It 8 years, 1 month ago started strength training again this week :) but my quads feel like they’re gonna fall off my body and I didn’t know who else to tell.

Rad! What does your strength training involve?
elliptical or jog to warm-up, and then a core/legs/upper body weight circuit! painful but so satisfying.
