Straddle this piano bench. 12 years, 3 months ago So because of a love of the music, I’ve always WANTED to learn piano, but I have small hands and fingers. As it does in other extremely important areas of my life, this fact scares the crap out of me. Child prodigies play piano; will I be able to? Is it worth trying?
I have the hands of a small child also, and I can play the piano – there is hope for you, young grasshopper!

it took me forever to learn piano, but spontaneously i figured out how it works, granted i play many other instruments so that probably has something to do with why it was easier, but my mom has small hands (i dont) and manages to play fine. where small hands lack, you can make up with eye-hand dexterity/speed
totes, I have the smallest hands in the world and I play piano. if you can do a girl with your hands, you can play the piano ;)
