In a course on entrepreneurship, we were given case studies. Boys got one about human waste, girls got one about a wedding dress shop. When I asked my teacher (a man) for the one the boys got, he said no. I asked why, no answer.
And my peers think I’m “overreacting”.

What I don’t understand is why boys and girls were given different case studies to begin with? They seem like pretty different topics too, and the prof purposefully gave the girls a more stereotypically feminine topic. I totally agree with Natalie- its problematc enough that boys and girl were given different topics in the first place- and ones that are so clearly gender stereotypical.
