									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>is anyone else really afraid of weight machines in the gym? i have no problem using a cardio machine but the room with the weight machines always has just a couple really buff guys in there and i would feel weird struggling to figure out how to use the equipment and what&#8217;s what while they&#8217;re there lifting a hundred million pounds. i don&#8217;t know, any advice?</p>
