Anyone in the DC area have thoughts on the best veg/veg-friendly restaurants? I’m headed there this weekend for a job interview, which means, if all goes well, I’ll be moving out there soon. :)

Going to the farmer’s market (aka Baguio City Market, Baguio City Philippines) to buy fresh organic mountain grown vegetables and possibly from fresh tofu for tofu scramble. I have an easy and delicious vegan chocolate cake recipe, if anyone is interested.
