    • Have you tried different instructors at your gym (do you have that option)? Group classes at my gym are all included in the membership, which is great, but I definitely find that some instructors are better than others and I prefer the ones who are less crazy fitness-y.

    • Why don’t you find a Cardio thing that works for you? Godzilla couldn’t make me do the Elliptical, and I just don’t have the concentration and coordination for the treadmill. Also that whole running and puking my lungs out thing? Not for me.

      • I second the erg! although it can be pretty intense. defs bring a good playlist.
        also does your gym have a track? if you’re okay with running but hate the treadmill (me) actually physically covering distance can make it feel more real!
