Training for a marathon April 15th so this is very relevant to my interests too!
Any answers??
Also, if anyone is interested in being e-training buddies, holla! I’m going to need all the accountability I can get going into the dark cold wet winter months.

  I tried running with the Gatorade things that look like a pack of GU except bigger. The contents are a liquid instead of a paste (or whatever GU is), but all that extra water is a pain to lug around on a long run. I’m still looking for better options.
