Anyone else freaking out about the the increased possibility of not being able to go to college because of stricter admissions and higher tuition and lower budgets? I spent my morning in a state of relative anxiety because of this.
YES. like, yeah. so much.
What are we to dooooo? Doesn’t help that I live in California, and that the UCs are insanely competitive. My teachers all suggest going out of state, but that’s so much more expensive. :C
yeah, and the UCs might take like 5-6years too. i’m from new jersey, so can always go to rutgers. you know, with literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON FROM MY ENTIRE SCHOOL. which would be really really not fun. i’m probs gonna got to canada or somewhere private. lots of privates charge a lot but then give like 75% scholarships. but, they could also not give me a scholarship. so yeah pray. think i’m gonna stop being an atheist and pray. yup that’ll work.
haha. I also have this fear that only rutgers will accept me.
Ugh, there should be an Autostraddle University. Everything would be solved.
There is a Western (something or other) Undergraduate Exchange thing for student in the california, oregon, washington, hawaii, wyoming, tons of states, that make out of state tuition almost instate price
