    Hi friends, I just figured out how to be here. I’m here.

    I have a confession: I’ve had a bad month. In the past month, I’ve gone to the gym once. I normally go three times a week. I got a new tattoo, and I used the healing time as an excuse to not go to the gym. (I think technically you’re not supposed to get a new tattoo all sweaty…) I’ve also been eating crap, and I’ve gained weight in the past few weeks, and it’s depressing because I’ve done made so much awesome progress (before gaining ~3 pounds back, I lost 25 pounds in 4ish months). Today is a new day, and I’m eating healthy things. I need to go grocery shopping and buy some fruits and veggies.

    • Well done on getting back on track! I’ve also been eating crap and skipping the gym the past few days, so I’m hoping today/Monday I’ll be able to turn things around again too. Good luck!
