Alright ladies, I got into an argument today about helmets. So, what’s your verdict? Are they so good or no good?

Definitely so so good, I always wear one when I go snowboarding now. I would rather not get another concussion from hitting my head on a patch of ice (also you don’t lose your goggles when you crash).
Agreed! I fell backwards on a nasty rail a few years ago and cracked my head off it. After that, I ALWAYS wear a helmet. Until I make the big time, I have to rely on my brain to pay the bills, haha :D
I have to admit, there were days I would not wear the helmet. I board in two modes: cruising mode and tricky mode. I pretty much NEVER wear a helmet when I’m doing a cruising day. Granted, where I cruise is not very crowded, and does not really have ice EVER during the part of the year I go. I totally agree on needing the brain to pay the bills, it’s better to protect it! I do wear a helmet when I do jumps and the halfpipe. Dang, I miss it! I haven’t been snowboarding in way too long T_T
