I feel like it also depends on your age. For the most part I believe that as long as there’s not a huge gap in interests then it’s not a big deal. For us underagers, I’d say past 5 years older is pushing it.

It would make more sense if you did half of her age plus eight, since your equation would always give you a smaller number.

I applied to William and Mary ED, I really want to get into their honors program, so here’s hoping!

I’m applying to 8. It used to be a larger number, then I cut it down a lot, now it’s stabilized. Most of my colleges are New England as well, except for one in scotland and two in the west coast. Brown is one of my tops, though the acceptance rate is kinda scary.

I’m applying to around 10 schools as well. I’ve already submitted an application to Swarthmore College (early decision) and an application to both Ursinus College and Ohio Wesleyan University. I’m waiting to get a response back from my early decision school before applying to the others though.

Actually, I’m not applying to any. I’m trying to go to school on a basketball scholarship. Let’s hope I hustle this year. haha

I only applied to four schools: Vassar College (my top choice), Drew University, Washington College, and Swarthmore College. I’ve already been accepted to Drew and Washington, and I’m waiting on the other two very eagerly. I plan on double majoring in English and Theatre; anyone else have a major yet?
