    I’ve been using beachbody’s Pilates/yoga workout called PiYo for 5-6 weeks and totally increasing my flexibility and defining my arms and core without the weird feelings I get during yoga about being happy and grateful and focus on breathing and peace. I want to be all zen but I’m just not, but I can touch my toes now!!!

    • I definitely prefer pilates to yoga, I also have issues becoming zen and pilates feels more like I’m *doing* something :)
