i’m thinking of taking up longboarding. i know how to snowboard and surf but i’ve never longboarded. i was wondering if anyone had any tips for a beginner. or if you live in nyc and wanna be excellent and help teach me that would be so much appreciated

You will love longboard since you surf and snowboard already! Also because we share the same name! The longer the board the easier. I would recommend going to a shop and seeing what they have for options. Even if they don’t let you ride them standing on them to see what feels comfortable is a good way to go. Not Straight After All, Hey-O! 10 years, 10 months agoSo Im a 31 year old single mother of 2 (both under 5 years old)…and Im only out to 3 people. I want to be out to everlyone but it seems so complecated! Any advise on how to meet a lady without heading out to the only gay bar in town? Is it even something I should even think about before I come out to more people??

I would say don’t worry so much about being “out.” Also, hitting bars isn’t always the greatest either. There are a lot of pros and cons to online dating.
