Hello everyone! So its prom season and I decided to ask this really cute girl to prom. I decided to make a poster board and I wrote on it “You are the apple of my eye” and after it I attached a caramel apple to the board the I wrote “Will you be my sweetheart on prom night” with a package of sweet hearts attached after it. So when I finally worked up the courage to give it to her she took the sweets off handed the board back to me and said no. I was later skyping with a good friend of mine who noticed I was upset when ze asked what was wrong I held up the board and said “Just look at this” I was holding the board in front of my face and from the other side I hear “Oh of course Ill go to prom with you” I was shocked and it took me a minute to realize that I hadn’t told ze that I was shot down by the person I had originally asked to prom. We had a really good laugh about it and ze made me feel a lot better now I think part of me is happy that girl shot me down because with out that happening I wouldn’t be going to prom with such an awesome, funny, sweet heart! <3 so I guess everything has a way of working out in the end.
