I had a Mexican night and decided to make all my own food and drinks despite being the worst cook on the face of the planet. Everything actually turned out great…except for the Guac. I bought a small bag of avocados but had NO idea how to tell if they were ripe and since I was doing everything super last minute…I just grabbed a bag and went, assuming they would be fine…well. They were not. They were so hard I could have whipped them at my wall and they would have ended up in my yard. Oops.
