I’m not too proud to admit that I was blackout drunk. Apparently I made out with my best friends girlfriend, but I have no remembrance of that. The shots pretty much brought me out of my blackout though and we all turned around and walked away really quickly.

I just think it’s fucked up that someone would bring a gun to Pride and especially to something called “the Pink Party” . It’s just like “…really…wow…you’re…gangster?” Does anyone know if they were gay?

I stayed and partied in the mission this year after dyke march, so I missed the Pink Party.

The only upside to this is that they apprehended the suspect AND the handgun used pretty much immediately, and that the current theory to motive was “personal conflict” and not anti-gay violence. So at least there’s that.

But I’m still so sad that a 19 year old boy died during Pride.

I don’t remember much of SF Pride. I didn’t even realize that the flash mob happened. I do remember the shooting at the Pink Party though. 19 year olds with guns and three people shot, one dead. It’s so sad that something like that could happen at Pride, my happiest day of the year.

Anyway, I hate Sherri Shephard with such a burning passion. How can such a backwards, homophobic, transphobic piece of crap be a TALK SHOW HOST?! Once on the show she said that if her son was transgendered he would be transgendered when he was out of the house, and then the audience CLAPPED.
