Ashtanga is great for cardio, Iyengar is better for focusing on strength, posture, and muscle mass. Ashtanga is my personal fave, it burns more calories too.

The college I’m going to next year makes a semesterly zine focusing on female sexuality, and it’s fucking awesome. It was actually one of the deciding factors in my going there…I’m so pumped to work on it!

I would say that slavery does “interfere with anyone seeking his desires”…since, you know, slaves tend to not want to be slaves. Obviously the pastor never learned critical thinking techniques.
