Autostraddle Social Club – Boston Chapter!: 2 years agoI get down to Boston pretty much monthly, planning on moving there within the next 6-12 months if I can find something affordable. I usually make the 45 mile trek via MBTA Commuter Rail. I go to Fenway Health for all my medical needs.

Yes! One class on Human Rights Law and one on Global Economic Issues. What are you majoring in?
international relations! with a dual degree in public health. gah human rights law is so cool, i’m hoping to specialize in international law and diplomacy.

I majored in theater (I mean, who needs employability, right?) so I’m auditioning for various local things, and my friends and I are starting up a theater company and writing new plays.
And imbibing margaritas, which is essential.
pfft useful majors are for the weak. i love when adults ask what my major is and then immediately upon my response are like ”sooo what can you do with that?”
neat so you are staying in boston then? there’s a pretty good theater scene there. i wish you luck with all your auditions!
Haha, that’s pretty much standard response to my major. I think the family’s finally gotten used to it, though.
I’m definitely staying in Boston for at least another year. It does have a good theater scene! I’ve got auditions on Sunday, so thanks for the well wishes! *fingers crossed*
