It most certainly does. I’m from Bergen County, but most people have no idea where that is, so I usually say NYC.

yes! jersey city which is … right across the city. :]
I’m from Queens! Close enough to pay city taxes, far enough to have to take the train to get to anywhere interesting :/
Fairfield county, so a less than an hour train ride from the city!
