What I Like
| Favorite Books | I love – this is just me sitting here looking at my bookshelves and reeling off what can see – books about tattoos, illustrated books of fairy-tales, some of the classics (Homer, Virgil, Sophocles, Ovid, Sappho! etc), mainly books written by and about women (I’m looking forward to “Women Writers of the Middle Ages”), books on queer theory, the Anne of Green Gables series, biology textbooks, the official Pacific Rim art book, classic gay fiction – and I love sci-fi but my collection is sparse and terrible, because I struggle to find stuff that isn’t terrible – “The Song of Achilles”, “The Architecture of Europe”, “The Archaeology of Railways”, and “More Military Blunders”, etc |
