ViewI know women who are about ten to fifteen years older than me through political groups. I go to a queer friendly campus but I only know gay men, no lesbians. I know it’s about making yourself visible but I’m not visible AT ALL.

I’m kinda in the same boat, never had a girlfriend and can’t seem to find any queer women in my city! The few I do manage to find are always either just passing through or in very committed LTRs =\

Would love to meet some new people while […] ViewI’ll be interning at the Senate from late June to the beginning of September, so I’m looking to meet people too. I have friends who live or have lived in Ottawa, and in addition to museums, galleries and history, there are apparently a ton of summer festivals (including Capital Pride).

Capital Pride could be fun. Too bad it’s not until later in the summer (I’m only here through til Canada Day). I’ve seen a museum/Gallery almost every weekend since I got here though. Good luck with the internship!
