If you’re okay with it being SUPER AMAZINGLY CHEAP (really, who isn’t?) try the Academy of Salon Professionals in Santa Clara. It may take a few hours (really, plan on two and a half at least), but it’s a phenomenal deal, and those girls (and guys) are super talented.
