When I thought of making things on the mountain at camp, I immediately thought of some adorable plush mountains. It’s so meta.

Plush Mountains

+ Poly-fil

You can either use the following template sized to US Letter or create your own template. You do you when it comes to mountains, you know?

Level of Difficulty: Easier than the 23 hours I’m driving to get to camp.

  1. Love these! The pattern for these looks very similar to the pattern for “pit pillows” that I’ve made for friends after they’ve had mastectomies or lumpectomies (for breast cancer). The pillow is placed under the arm to gently support it after surgery, and can make the patient much more comfortable. It’s an awesome project to make a bunch and donate them to the local hospital’s oncology unit. Here’s the link to those, if anyone’s interested, although you could use “mountain pillows” for the same purpose if you don’t overstuff them!

Sorry for crashing the discussion with a (somewhat) unrelated topic!

  2. I feel like these really open up a whole world of possible stuffed items! This mountain pattern is already so close to being an adorable stuffed tooth. Or pointy-eared creature!
