By the way, the SpiralScouts is another scouting organization that’s been around for a while and has always been explicitly welcoming of gays and non-Christians. In fact, they’re offering the former Eagle Scouts who’ve resigned in protest of the Boy Scouts treatment of gays the equivalent rank within the SpiralScouts to honor their commitment to equality.

Before I even clicked on the 50 Most Romantic Things list, I hoped that the “i love you so much” graffiti would be included. Do you guys know the story behind it?

“In July 2010, local Austin musician Amy Cook expressed her love for her partner Liz Lambert, majority owner of Jo’s Hot Coffee Good Foods on South Congress. Cook knew Lambert was having a bad day and decided to spray paint on Jo’s North wall the words, ‘I love you so much.’”
