That Mario case is too cool. I used to cross stitch in middle school….but the backs of my work used to look like shit. lol I need to find that pattern so I can have a reason to start up again…and hopefully have clean backs this time.

Additions to the stash are generally welcome. For non-crafters: the ‘stash’ is a crafter’s treasure hoard. Think Smaug, but with craft supplies. A handful of vintage buttons, or other haberdashery (like needle cases, good quality scissors, fabric patches etc) would not go amiss. They may not be used immediately, but crafters tend to appreciate these items as things of beauty.

Another good gift is vintage craft books from the days of yore- vintage books on subjects like couture techniques or tailoring are often excellent resources (look for books with lots of pictures) and are relatively inexpensive.

I’m not even kidding I would be more than just infinetly SUPER EXCITED,(and I don’t even know what is more excited than that), if someone bought me a a fairly good sized portable toolbox to put my craft stuff in. My organization is ridiculous. Wineboxes while helpful get messy quick.
