This gallery is dedicated to Miss California. She's an asshat who doesn't want to be judged for her photos -- 'cause I mean she's not totally naked in them, she's clearly covering her you-know-whats. We don't really care, 'cause there's about a bajillion other almost-topless girls who are way hotter and also not asshats.
