Emily’s Team Pick: List of Phobias

I used to go to the list of phobias in grade 8 and pick the funniest/strangest phobias and send them to my friends. I came across it again when I was googling 'hippopotamus' and google suggested 'hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia'. Obvs my interest was peaked. Ironically enough, it's the fear of long words.

Papaphobia used to make me laugh. Until JP2 died. Now it’s just entirely understandable.

I used to think I was the only one who had this because everyone I spoke to would just laugh at me when I tried to describe it but THEN! LO AND BEHOLD, it’s real!
Trypophobia – fear of holes, cracks and/or clusters; An irrational or obsessive fear of holes, cracks and/or clusters, or what might hide inside them.
I refer to them as “clumpies”. I cannot handle this shit! I just want to tear off my face and die and throw up IN THAT ORDER. FLJSGHFDKJSKLJh FDKJHSFGKJ BLEAHGSGJHSF

  OHMYGODDDDDDDDEGKN%#^#$KNGQE i do this too. when i saw the lotus nipple picture i spent three hours taking a shower and another two calling people on the phone and trying to explain that i was panicking over holes.

    i have it too. i want to rip my skin off right now just reading these two comments.
    the other day i yelled and almost threw a pancake across the room when i saw that texture on the bottom of it.

Geniophobia- Fear of chins.
That’s hilarious.
Andre 3000 has a song called Chronomentrophobia which I love.
I had to stop reading the list because the amount of phobias I identified with was becoming alarming.

in 10th grade when my psych teacher would ask what triskaidekaphobia was we’d always answer that it was the fear of triskets. we thought we were being funny.
