Not just this round, which I'm already 99% confident about because Walker seems like he's got his head on straight, but the SCOTUS too. I mean, I know RATS is pretty conservative and happy to uphold anti-gay discrimination and Kennedy is not much better, but even they won't be able to ignore just how shoddy the case for Prop 8 is being revealed as, right? There's having a conservative bias to your rulings and then there's... whatever crazy mental pretzel contortions it would take to pretend that the h8ers have a leg to stand on here. I don't think any of the SCOTUS are limber enough for those kinds of gymnastics. Right? Any smart, hot lawyers out there want to talk me down before I get my hopes up too high?
