hi alexfangirl i like your avatar. it’s just a silly joke, dear brooke is the leader of the business side of autostraddle, and we joke DADTB “dont ask dont tell brooke” was our made-up jokey rule for AS employee misconduct, like generally being asshats on the internet; like you can say whatever you want as long as no one tells. of course it’s all in good fun, ther’es no such thing as employee misconduct (which’s part of the ‘joke’) and so yannow feel free to express yourself.
