After receiving my B.A. of Journalism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I moved to Denver where I teach preschool by day and am a freelance writer by night. I have been writing for The Seattle Lesbian since 2011, and have also contributed to Denver's Out Front and USA Today.
