I don’t mean to hijack another artists page but when I first saw the photo I thought you guys had clocked onto Karima Francis who is AMAZING!! Google her, she is from the UK, out and proud and makes the most beautiful music. Plus her androgynous style would totally up the street of some ‘Straddlers.

I really want to like this but I can’t because there is a ukulele and I have a neighbour with one who will play it sporadically between the hours of 6.00am and midnight. There was an entire week when he would only play the first two lines of ‘Paint it Black’ which ruined both the song and the instrument for me to the point that the mere sight of a ukulele makes me want to cry/defenestrate it.

Damn my neighbour-induced hatred of ukuleles for ruining good music.
