yup, my lesbonian friends are planning their wedding since MD legalized gay marriage. One half of the duo is MOC and we weren’t sure what to call the people who would stand next to her during the ceremony. I remembered the AS article about Sweden’s gender-neutral term and said we should call them “hensmen”. It was a perfect fit. We rejoiced.

Maybe it should be more like “gender roles are a myth”. Idk maybe something to make it a lot clearer it’s not gender identities that are a myth cause they most certainly aren’t.

I normally don’t drink vodka (more of the Scotch type), but for you I’ll make an exception…so long as as we can throw a sneaky whiskey in there. Which may or may not be a bad life decision, probably.
